Vide RTI dt 11.6.13, appellant had sought a certified copy of his marks sheet.
2. CPIO vide letter dt 4.6.13, returned RTI for submitting rectified IPO. Subsequently, CPIO vide letter dt 2.7.13 informed the appellant that there is a procedure for obtaining a duplicate marks sheet in the University on deposit of the prescribed fee and provided the form for obtaining duplicate marks sheet.
3. An appeal was filed on 11.7.13 stating that appellant has requested for a copy of the marks sheet and not duplicate marks sheet .
4. AA vide order dt 20.8.13, upheld the decision of the CPIO and advised the appellant to follow the prescribed procedure for obtaining the marks sheet.
5. Submissions made by the appellant and public authority were heard. DECISION
6. The Commission sees no reason to interfere with the orders of the CPIO/FAA. The appeal is disposed of.
