Heard   today   dated   20.1.14.   Appellant   present.     Public   Authority   is  represented by Ms.Usha, PIO.

2. The   Appellant   filed   an   RTI   application   dated   13.7.12   with   the   PIO,   L&B  Department, GNCTD.   He wants to know whether as per record does Kh.No.371  Min and area (3­17), Nangloi Sayed, paschim Vihar, New Delhi­63 u/s 4 and 6 has  been   done   or   not.     The   PIO   replied   on   23.8.12   enclosing   the   copy   of   the  L.R.Register of Village Nangloi Sayyed.   The Appellant filed an appeal dt.17.8.12  with   the   Appellate   Authority   stating   that   no   reply   has   been   given   to   his   RTI  application.   The Appellate Authority vide his order dt.6.9.12 directed the PIO to  give a revised reply on factual basis be given in 10 days.  The order was complied  by the PIO vide his letter dt.26.9.12.  Not satisfied with the reply,
