2. In response to an appeal filed under RTI, the Appellate Authority vide order  dt.26.5.12 had asked the Appellant to furnish an affidavit stating therein that the  order of the civil court was not challenged by any person or authority before a  higher court and further that no appeal against the said order is pending in any  court   of   law.     He   had   also   directed   the   SDM(Punjabi   bagh)   that   in   case   the  appellant furnishes the requisite affidavit along with the supporting documents, the  matter may be examined in the light of the same and efforts should be made to  resolve the  grievance  of  the appellant.
