FACTS
Vide RTI dt 26.7.12, appellant had sought a para-wise reply to his letter dt 22.5.12 which is a complaint against ECGC for various lapses.
2. CPIO vide letter dt 24.8.12 informed appellant that no reply was sent from ECGC to appellant's letter dt 22.5.12.
3. An appeal was filed on 1.9.12 seeking para-wise reply to their letter.
4. AA vide order dt 26.4.13 provided a point wise response.
5. Submissions made by the appellant and public authority were heard. Public authority submitted that though they were in receipt of the appellant's letter dt 22.5.12, however, no action was taken on the same and this reply was sent to the appellant by the CPIO vide letter dt 24.8.12. DECISION
