Heard   today   dated   30.1.14.   Appellant   not   present.     Public   Authority   is  represented   by   Shri   G.S.Aggarwal,   SPIO   and   Shri   R.S.Krishnan,   Assistant  Registrar.

2. The   Appellant   filed   an   RTI   application   dt.1.8.12   with   the   PIO,   R.C.S.,  GNCTD   seeking   information   against   nine   points.     The   PIO   replied   on   3.9.12  furnishing point wise information.  The Appellant filed an appeal dt.19.9.12 with the  Appellate Authority stating that if the information sought against points 3, 5, 6, 8  and 9 pertains to DDA, the same ought to have been transferred to DDA.   The  Appellate Authority vide order dt.8.10.12 upheld the decision of the PIO.   Being  aggrieved with the reply, the Appellant filed a second appeal dt.15.
