Vide RTI dt 19.12.12, appellant had sought information on 19 points. In queries 1-12, he is seeking information relating to exchange of letters regarding NISTAD (DSE) examination, Kendriya Vidyalaya Examination and MMTC Examinations and Traffic Probationary Officers Exam conducted by Dr Pinaki Das Gupta of IIFT. Queries 13-19 relate to seeking copies of various other letters.
2. CPIO vide letter dt 3.2.13, referred to his earlier letter of 19.1.13 and observed that a reference was made to VPT who have objected to information being shared and hence the information was denied.
