Heard   today   dated   4.2.14.   Appellant   present.     Public   Authority   is  represented by Shri Sanjay Kumar Gupta, Asst. Labour Commissioner.

2. The matter, in short, is that Appellant wants to know whether there is any  provision in the minimum wages Act to bifurcate the minimum wage as 50% of  basic wage and 25% as HRA and 25% as conveyance.  The Respondent, during  the   hearing   submitted   that   they   cannot   give   any   opinion   as   to   legal   position  whether minimum wage can be bifurcated or not.   He added that Act is a public  document and the Appellant can pursue the Act and draw his own conclusions.

3. The appeal is dismissed.
