Heard   today   dated   4.2.14.   Appellant   present.     Public   Authority   is  represented by Shri Mehfooz Mohammad, ASPIO.

2. The  matter, in short,  is that Appellant  vide his RTI application  dt.12.7.12  sought certain information.  The Respondent officer, during the hearing submitted  that his office does not have the record with regard to information sought at point 1  and with regard to point 2, he stated that the file does not belong to them.  When  the Appellant pointed out some 1970 gazette notification, the Respondent once  again stated that the file does not belong to them.  He, however, agreed to facilitate  inspection of records by the Appellant if he so desires.
