Vide RTI dt 31.7.12, appellant had sought copies of two letters demanding refund from SBI in respect of two accounts.
2. CPIO vide letter dt 22.8.12, denied the information u/s 8(1)(d) and (e) of the RTI Act claiming commercial confidentiality.
3. An appeal was filed on 24.8.12.
4. AA vide order dt 17.9.12 upheld the decision of the CPIO.
