FACTS
Vide RTI dt 4.9.12, appellant had sought information on 6 points questioning the actions of the Regional Licensing Authority in returning the script and stating that there is no provision in the present policy to grant SAD.
2. PIO vide letter dt 12.9.12, returned the RTI for providing IPO.
3. An appeal was filed on 5.11.12 stating that though revised IPO was delivered on 26.9.12, no information has been provided.
4. PIO vide letter dt 21.11.12, informed the appellant that one of the files referred to could not be traced and in respect of the second file, a response was provided.
