The Appellant was present at the NIC Studio, Port Blair.   On behalf of the Respondents, Shri H. K. Gaur, PIO was present at the NIC Studio, Port  Blair. 

Information Commissioner : Shri Sharat Sabharwal According   to   the   appeal,   the   Appellant   filed   an   RTI   application   on   29.7.2013  seeking information on six points. The CPIO responded on 14.8.2013 asking the Appellant  to deposit photocopying charges to obtain the information in two cases.  He further stated  that no information was available in regard to two queries.  In the remaining two cases, he  stated that full particulars of the information sought by the Appellant had not been given.  Not satisfied with the reply of the CPIO, the Appellant filed an appeal to the First Appellate  Authority on 9.9.2013.  He approached the CIC in second appeal on 18
