1. The   appellant,   Shri   Jag   Mohan   Vohra,   has   submitted   RTI  application dated 12 November 2012, before the Central Public  Information   Officer   (CPIO),   Oriental   Insurance   Co.   Ltd.,  Dehradun;   seeking   information   relating   to   the   amount   debited  from his salary by the then Branch Manager Shri Nand Kishore  in lieu of the recovery against Late Shri Vikash Chopra, Agent  through total of 32 points. 

2. Vide   order   dated   06   December   2012,   CPIO   informed   the  appellant that information sought by him was related to their  Aligarh   Branch,   therefore   as   soon   the   information   would   be  available to them, they will furnish it to the appellant. The  appellant   preferred   appeal   dated   16   December   2012,   to   the  First   Appellate   Authority   (FAA),   when   didn't   receive   any  information from the concerned CPIO. No order has been passed  by the FAA in this case. 

3. Being  aggrieved and not satisfied  by the above response  of the public authority, the appellant preferred second appeal  before the Commission.
