2. The   Appellant   filed   an   RTI   Application   dt.7.12.12   with   the   PIO,   Land   &  Building  Dept.,   GNCTD  seeking  information  against  six  points   seeking  certified  copy   of   the   award,   Khabja   report   copy   etc.     On   not   receiving   any   reply,   the  Appellant filed an appeal dt.30.1.13 with the Appellate Authority.   The PIO replied  on 21.2.13. The Appellate Authority disposed of the appeal vide order dt.26.2.13.  The relevant portion of the order is reproduced below: Case heard.  Reply has been sent but not received by appellant.  Copy to   be given on the spot.  Inspection allowed as per mutual convenience
