2.       Through his RTI application dated   27­6­2012,   the appellant   had sought   copies of  electoral rolls of the voters of village Khera Kalan for the years 2005 and 2010­11.     PIO has  given the information by his letter dated 30­6­2012, on which the appellant made first appeal  before the FAA, whose order is not available on the file.  Having received no reply from the  FAA within the prescribed period, the appellant has filed 2nd appeal before the Commission.  Decision:
