2.    The appellant submitted that  through his RTI application dated  2­4­2012,  he had sought  attested copies of seniority cum eligibility list of the Foreman as per  the Performa attached.  PIO has given the information by his letter dated 1­5­2012, on which the appellant made first  appeal before the FAA, who by his  order
