2. The  Appellant   filed  an  RTI   application  dt.14.2.13  with  the  PIO,   Revenue  Dept.,   GNCTD   seeking   information   against   four   points   vide   respect   to   his  application for obtaining Scheduled Caste Certificate.  On not receiving any reply,  the Appellant filed an appeal dt.17.4.13 with the Appellate Authority reiterating his  request for information.   The Appellate Authority vide order dt.7.5.13 directed the  PIO to provide information within fifteen days.  The PIO complied with the order of  the Appellate Authority vide letter dt.29.5.13.   Being aggrieved with the reply, the  Appellant filed a second appeal dt.18.6.1
