2. The   Appellant   filed   an   RTI   application   dt.21.2.13   with   the   PIO,   DDUH  seeking   information   against   four   points   vide   respect   to   OTA   Assistant   post,  experience certificate with respect to it.   The CPIO replied on 15.3.13 furnishing  point wise information.   Not satisfied with the reply, the Appellant filed an appeal  dt.1.4.13 with the Appellate Authority.       The Appellate Authority disposed of the  appeal vide order dt.29.4.13.  The relevant portion of the order is given below: '..................has considered the contents of the appeal and called views   of the concerned HOD/Branch Incha
