2. The   Appellant   filed   an   RTI   application   dt.20.3.13   with   the   PIO,   O/o  Commissioner of Excise, Entertainment & Luxury Tax seeking information against  six points vide respect to cable operators functioning in Sainik Vihar, Shakur Basti  Delhi   etc.     The   PIO   replied   on   16.4.13   furnishing   point   wise   information.     The  Appellant filed   an appeal dt.13.5.13 with the Appellate Authority commenting on  the  information  supplied.     The  Appellate  Authority   disposed  of   the  appeal   vide  order dt.7.6.13 directing PIO to provide list of cable operators registered in North  West District within a period of seven days
