2. The Appellant filed an RTI application dt.27.12.12 with the PIO, Revenue  Dept.,   GNCTD   seeking   information   against   nine   points   vide   respect   to  registration  of  property   mentioned  in  RTI   application.    On  not  receiving  any  reply, the Appellant filed an appeal dt.30.1.13 with the Appellate Authority.  The  Appellate Authority disposed of the appeal vide order dt.20.2.13.   The relevant  portion of the order is reproduced below: On perusal of the file, it reveals that no reply has been provided by the   APIO   to   the   appellant.     APIO   stated   that   he   has   not   received   the   RTI
