2.    The appellant submitted that through his RTI application dated 27­4­2013 he has sought  copy of the inquiry report on the complaint made by him against the DAV Public School,  Shrestha Vihar, Delhi.    The PIO has given reply by his letter dated 28­5­2013 on which the  appellant made first appeal before the FAA, who by his order dated 18­7­2013, upheld the  information given by the PIO(Act) and disposed of the first appeal. Claiming non­satisfaction
