2.           The appellant submitted that through his RTI application dated 18­12­2012, he has  sought information relating to action taken on his application dated 26­2­2009 for converting  his   APL(Stamped)   card   to   BPL   Card.       The   PIO   has   given   reply   on   20­12­2012.       The  appellant made first appeal before the FAA.  The FAA, by his order dt. 14­2­2013 upheld the  information given by the PIO and disposed of the appeal.
