Information Commissioner : Shri Sharat Sabharwal This   matter   pertains   to   an   RTI   application   dated   19.3.2013   filed   by   the  Appellant, seeking information regarding his resignation letter, service record and related  issues.   Not satisfied with the response of the Respondents, he approached the CIC in  second appeal on 22.6.2013.
