The Appellant was present at the NIC Studio, Bathinda. On behalf of the Respondents, Shri Vinod Kumar Anand, General Manager (CPIO)  was present at the NIC Studio, Bathinda.

Information Commissioner : Shri Sharat Sabharwal This matter pertains to an RTI application dated 10.4.2012 filed by the Appellant,  seeking information on eleven points regarding action taken by the Respondents on his  various claims and representations. The CPIO responded on 9.5.2012 to all the points of  the RTI application.  Not satisfied with the reply of the CPIO, the Appellant filed an appeal  to the First Appellate Authority on 18.7.2012. In his order dated 16.8.2012, the FAA gave  some   directions  regarding   completion   of   certain   service   records  of   the   Appellant   and  release of increment
