RTI Application:

1. The appellant filed an RTI application dated 28.06.2011 seeking information on  acquiring of land by the railways and matters connected therewith.  The PIO responded on  16.08.2011.  Not satisfied with the reply, the appellant filed first appeal dated 23.09.2011.  The   FAA   responded   on   08.11.2011.     The   appellant   filed   a   second   appeal   with   the  Commission on 06­02­2013.

Hearing:

2. The   appellant   and   respondent   both   participated   in   the   hearing   through   video  conferencing.

3. The appellant
