The appellant filed RTI application on 14.10.2013 seeking information with  regard   to   widow   pension   and   financial   help   given   for   marriage   of   a   widow  daughters   during   financial   year   ending   31.3.2013   .   PIO   replied   on     13.11.2013  stating that information pertaining to widow pension is available on the website and  information related to marriage of widow's daughter etc is a third party information,  hence  could  not   be  given.   Being  unsatisfied  with  the  information  provided,   the  appellant preferred First Appeal on 10.1
