The  appellant   filed  RTI   application  on  8.7.2013  seeking  information  with  regard to "Slum Dweller & other 1985 Awasiye Yojna" viz. to whom house allotted  under this Yojna, name & address; Annual report since inception of this Yojna;  copy of broacher issued for this Yojna and inspection of file containing detail of  maps and plot cover under this Yojna. PIO replied on 2.8.2013. Being unsatisfied  with the information provided, the appellant preferred First Appeal on 12.8.2013.  FAA   replied   on   29.8.2012   ,   directing   the   appellant
