Heard   on   17.10.14.     Appellant   present   along   with   Shri   Bhushan   Jain.  Respondent is represented by Shri Jasbir Singh.

2. The appellant filed RTI application on 15.1.2013 seeking information with  respect to Khasra no 287 which is involved in a suit in which appellant is one of the  party. PIO replied on 18.4.2013. Being unsatisfied with the information provided,  the appellant preferred First Appeal on 5.8.2013. FAA replied on 17.1.2014, directing  the   PIO   to   provide   the   information   within   2   weeks.   Being   unsatisfied   with   the  information   provided,   the   appellant   preferred   Second   Appeal   before   the  Commission.
