The   appellant   has   filled   an   RTI   application   on   13.6.2013   for   seeking  information with regard to action taken on his letter dt 8.2.2013 for recovery of  outstanding dues of Rs 53,506/­. CPIO vide letter dt 16.7.2013 replied that in this  regard office has issued a summon dt 12.12.2011 and arrest warrant dt 18.5.2012,  15.6.2012 & 17.7.2012 for recovery of outstanding dues against Sh. Sunil Sehgal.
