2.    The Complaint has filed RTI application dated nil for seeking information with respect to  the   implementation   of   CIC   order   No.   CIC/SS/A/2012/003846   dated   11.1.2013,   officer  responsible   for   it,   progress   report   etc.   On   not   receiving   any   reply   from   the   CPIO,   the  Complainant made complaint to the Commission.
