2.   The  Appellant through his RTI application dated 13.11.2013 had sought information with  respect to Complaint made by him in relation to MLA Manoj Shaukin Viz i) ATR and the  details   of   the   officer   who   handled   the   Complaint   ii)   details   of   the   rule   and   regulations  CIC/SA/A/2014/000357 Page 1 corresponding the evidence collection with respect to the complaint,etc.     PIO replied on  20.11.2013 giving para wise reply to the appellant.   Being unsatisfied with the information  furnished,
