The complainant has filled this complaint on the ground that respondentent  authority has refudsed to accept his RTI application even after paying Rs 10/­ in  cash. Through his RTI application, thae appellant is seeking a certified copy of the  minutes of the board meeting held with regard to construction work and the copy of  the written order in this regard.
