2. The appellant has filled RTI application on 12.8.2013 for seeking 6 point  information  with  respect  to  a civil suit  no  272/05, Master  Yogesh vs.  Devender  Singh viz date on which when case was decided, was transfer to the court of J.  Sanjay Jindal; when submitted to record room after being dismissed etc and want  to inspect the file.     CPIO on 4.9.2013 provide information on all points.   Being  (CIC/SA/A/2014/000916) Page 1 unsatisfied with the CPIO reply, the appellant made first appeal on 18.9.2013.
