2.   The Appellant through his RTI application dated 06.11.2013 has sought information in  relatiion to Water tanker being sent from Sector - 17, Rohini to Various points ­ how many  points the water had been sent and the list, how many tankers are there in Sector - 17, if  CIC/SA/A/2014/000687 Page 1 the tankers are private then the details of the owner, how much money is being paid by the  Government to the private tankers in a month,etc.
