1.     The appellant is present.  The Public Authority is represented by none.


Information sought:


2.     Appellant sought to know the reason for not receiving any response to his  earlier                       RTI 

application dated 7.2.2011 with regard to water supply problem in their locality.

3.     No response by the PIO within prescribed time.

4.     Non finishing of information by the PIO and no response from the FAA.


Proceedings Before the Commission:


5.     The appellant is present and made his submissions. He complained that water supply in 

his area is a very big problem since long back.  Most of the time, drinking water supply is mixed 

with sewage water to his colony.  When he asked the information about this, J.J. Slum Department 

did not respond anything. On this he filed another RTI application referring to earlier application. 

Again, there was no respond from J. J. Slum
