Information sought:


1.     Complaint sought information with respect to agricultural land of Khasra no. 599, village 

       Mandoli, namely, all documents pertaining to this khasra no. showing that Mr. Kacheru is 

       owner of it, as per the record who is the owner of the property, detail of any other property 

       of which Mr.  Kacheru is owner of he is not the owner who is the actual owner etc.


Ground For Complaint:


2.     Not providing of the information by the respondent within prescribed time.

Proceedings Before the Commission:

3. Both  the  parties  are not present. However, on  the  perusal  of documents, Commission  directs the respondent authority to show cause as to why penalty should not be imposed against  him for not providing the information. Explanation should be reached to the Commission within 21  days from the date of receipt of this order.
