                                       Interim Decision

The respondent is not present, despite written notices sent. The appellant vide his RTI application dated 26.08.2013 sought inspection of file from which the exemption notification nos. 25/2012 ST, 14/2011 ST and 2/94-St was issued/amended. CPIO/Tech. Officer (TRU) in his reply allowed inspection of files consisting of notifications, not forming part of budgetary process, but denied the same for files consisting notifications forming part of budgetary process. The FAA in his order upheld the decision of the CPIO.
