       The appellant Shri R. Erackaperumal preferred RTI request dated 8 August, 2013
before the CPIO, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Chennai which has been replied to by the CPIO
vide letter dated 13 August, 2013. The appellant has preferred first appeal dated 11
November, 2013 before the First Appellate Authority which was adjudicated upon by First
Appellate Authority vide order dated 3 December, 2013.


2.     It is seen that the second appeal in respect of the above mentioned RTI application
has been already decided vide Commission's order no. CIC/MP/A/2014/000565 dated 23
January, 2015. Accordingly, no further action is called for. The case is closed.
