information was provided to the appellant and the delay is because of the staff being not available who are deployed on the election duty. The Commission observes that the information sought by the appellant is too general and voluminous and she wanted that information to be furnished in the form of a table. The appellant does not have any purpose behind filing such RTI applications. As it appears from the history, the appellant has filed a number of RTI applications since July, 2013 and she is bent upon harassing the Public Authority. She is generating new RTI applications based on the information provided in the previous RTI responses.
20. The Commission, therefore, advises the appellant to approach an appropriate authority if she has any grievance with regard to her employment. She should not misuse the RTI Act. With these observations, the Commission dismisses her appeal in this file. CIC/SA/A/2014/000596:
