O/o the Excutive Secretary, Secretariat  Complex, Port Blair The Appellant was not present.

On behalf of the Respondents, Shri B. K. Tiwari, CPIO was present at the NIC  Studio, Port Blair.

These   files   contain   appeals   in   respect   of   nine   RTI   applications,   filed   by   the  Appellant seeking information on various issues.   Not satisfied with the response of the  Respondents, he has approached the CIC in second appeal in all the nine cases.  

2.   The Appellant was not present in spite of a written notice having been sent to him.  The Respondents submitted that all the RTI applications were duly responded to.  In the  above   context,   we   note   that   the   RTI   application   dated   19.11.2013   (File   No.  CIC/SH/A/2014/000661) was responded to by the CPIO on 19.12.2013.   The remaining  RTI applications dated 6.12.2013 (File No. CIC/SH/A/2014/000590), 8.10.2013 (File No.  CIC/SH/A/2014/001484), 8.1.2014 (File No. CIC/SH/A/2014/002083), 10.5.2014 (File No.  CIC/SH/A/2014/002110), 3.6.2014 (File No. CIC/SH/A/2014/002758), 15.7.2014 (File No.  CIC/SH/A/2014/002803), 24.7.2014 (File No. CIC/SH/A/2014/002848) and 12.11.2013 (File  No. CIC/SH/A/2014/000842) were responded to by the CPIO on 24.12.2013, 23.10.2013,  24.1.2014,   3.6.2014,   30.6.2014,   12.8.2014,   25.8.2014   and   6.12.2013   respectively.     The  CPIO gave point­wise reply in all the above cases.
