2. Complaint through his RTI application sought to know how he can open a law  firm/company and get himself enrolled with Bar Council. CPIO replied that information  sought is in nature of query and hence cannot be provided. Being unsatisfied with the  CPIO reply, the complainant made first appeal. First Appellate Authority upheld the  PIO   reply.   Being   unsatisfied   with   the   FAA   order,   complainant   approached   the  Commission through present complaint.

Proceedings Before the Commission:

3. As complaint sought the information, the Commission treat this compliant as  appeal. Having heard the submission and perusal of records, the Commission directs  the Bar Council of India that if there is any rules regarding opening of law firm in India,  it shall be furnished to the appellant within 30 days from the date of receipt of this  order. Hence the complaint/appeal is closed.
