Appellant through his RTI application sought to know action taken on his compliant dt  24.4.2014, name and designation of the   dealing officer to whom notice issued, who  conducted hearing, Copy of notification issued in 2005 prescribed for the minimum  wages   paid,   etc.   PIO   gave   point­wise   reply.   Being   unsatisfied   with   PIO   reply,   the  appellant   made   First   Appeal.   First   Appellate   Authority   directed   the   PIO   to   provide  CIC/SA/A/2014/001557 Page 1 action taken report to the appellant. Unsatisfied with FAA order, appellant approached  the Commission through this present second appeal.
