1. Appellant, owner of auto rickshaw, through his RTI application sought to have a copy of  complete set of all documents filed by the dealer at the time of registration of the  vehicle and the date of submission of such document. Having received no reply from  the   PIO   within   prescribed   time,   the   appellant   made   First   Appeal.   Claiming   non  furnishing   of   information   from   the   respondent   authority,   appellant   approached   the  Commission through this present second appeal.

The appellant is not present.   The Public Authority made their submissions.   They  submitted   that   they   have  written  5   times   to  the   appellant   to  come   and  collect   the  information.     So   far   he   had   not   come.     The   Commission,   therefore,   advises   the  appellant to approach the PIO/MLO who agreed to provide certified copies, within 15  days from the date of receipt of this order.  The appeal is disposed of.
