1. Complainant through his RTI application sought information through 47 points. Having  received   no   reply   within   prescribed   time,   the   appellant   made   First   Appeal.   First  Appellate   Authority   directed   to   provide   information.   In   compliance   of   which   CPIO  replied that information already provided through several RTI applications. Unsatisfied  with the CPIO reply in compliance of FAA order, the Complainant has approached the  Commission in Complaint under Section 18 of RTI Act. Proceedings Before the Commission:

The complainant is not present.   The Public Authority made their submissions.   The  Commission observes that the complainant was already heard on the same subject  CIC/SA/C/2015/000038 Page 1 and   the   Commission   vide   its   order   No.CIC/SA/C/2015/000016   and  No.CIC/SA/C/2015/000017 dated 16­4­2015 dismissed the complaints on the ground of  abuse of RTI Act by the complainant.  As the present complaint is also related to the  earlier complaints, the Commission dismisses the complaint.
