The appellant sought information with respect to refund of Rs.28500/- on re-fixation of upgraded pay and release of arrears on account of revision of pay effective from January, 2006

The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 08.03.2010 seeking the above information. FAA vide order dated 04.02.2011 advised the appellant to approach FCI Hqrs., New Delhi to get information on point No. 1 and to approach FCI Regional Office, Chhapra to get information on point No. 2. Being not satisfied with the response of the FAA, Appellant filed present appeal before the Commission.
