2.   Appellant through his RTI application under 9 points, sought to know how many water  connections   were   sanctioned   &   are     in   operation   in   House   no.   C­13,   Freedom   Fighters  Enclave;     is it a fact that owner applied for new connection on 9.5.2015 and was rejected?  PIO gave point wise reply.  Unsatisfied with the PIO reply, appellant made first appeal.  First  Appellate Authority directed that information may be provided after receiving consent from the  land owner and information on point no. 9 may be provided.  On non­compliance of FAA order,  appellant approached the Commission.
