The respondent is not present. The appellant filed an RTI application dated 04.07.2012, seeking the above information. On not receiving any reply from the PIO within prescribed time, appellant filed first appeal. The FAA did not dispose of the first appeal.
The appellant stated that he has received incomplete reply from the respondent authority. Written submission dated 11.04.2015 has been filed by PIO/APM, Block II Area, wherein it is stated that the RTI application was transferred to Area Manager(Purchase) vide letter dt. 26/28.07.2012 and the information received vide letter dt. 10.08.2012 was sent to the appellant on 21.08.2012. The appellant filed first appeal and the same was transferred to Area Manager (Purchase) on 09.10.2012 and since then the requisite information has not been received from him.
