The complainant is not present. The complainant filed an RTI application dated 19.03.2013, seeking the above information. CPIO in his reply informed the complainant that the matter is under clarification from DG:AIR. Being aggrieved with the response of the CPIO, the complainant filed the present complaint before the Commission. The respondent stated that information as available on record at that time was provided to the complainant. He further stated that clarification regarding pay fixation has been received from DG:AIR and the same will be intimated to the complainant. He also stated that after filing the instant complaint, he had filed first appeal vide letter dt. 28.06.2013 and the FAA disposed it of vide order dt. 11.07.2013, finding the CPIO's reply in order.
