Vide RTI dt 4.9.12, appellant had sought information on 3 points and several sub-points relating to several administrative issues.
2. PIO vide letter dt 18.9.12, provided a response and offered inspection of the concerned documents.
3. An appeal was filed on 26.9.12.
4. AA vide order dt 9.10.12, upheld the decision of the CPIO.
5. Submissions made by the appellant and public authority were heard. Appellant submitted that he is not satisfied with the response provided to query no. 3 (b) and (c) of his RTI. PIO submitted that according to their records, no faculty member has disclosed the fact of their drawing any pension from the organisation where they had served earlier.
