FACTS
Vide RTI dt 21.6.12, appellant had sought information on 3 points with reference to BHU letter dt 22.5.12. 2 AA vide order dt 16.7.12, provided a response in respect of query no.2 and in respect of query no. 1 and 3, asked the appellant to approach the Director, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, for the information and disposed of the appeal.
