FACTS
Vide RTI dt 2.4.13, appellant had sought information relating to KVS National Incentive Award.
2. PIO vide letter dt 30.4.13, provided a response.
3. An appeal was filed on 20.5.13.
4. AA vide order dt 30.5.13, provided certain additional information to the appellant and disposed of the appeal.
5. Submissions made by the appellant and public authority were heard. Appellant submitted that he is not satisfied with the response of the PIO and the FAA and that he should have been granted a two year extension as he is recipient of KVS Incentive National Award and entitled to extension under Article 51 of KVS Education Code. FAA submitted that all employees from Group D to Joint Commissioner are entitled to the KVS Incentive Award, while the National Award as envisaged in the Education Code, is given only to teachers throughout the
